Manual Therapy

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment that involves a very thin needle being pushed through the skin to stimulate a trigger point. Dry needling releases the tight muscle bands associated with trigger points and lead to decreased pain and improved function.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Taping is a definitive rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical setting

Cupping

Dry cupping is a manual therapy that involves positioning a cup on the skin and creating a vacuum to apply negative pressure. This negative pressure increases blood flow to the area, decreases inflammation, and reduce pain.

Soft Tissue Mobilization

Soft tissue mobilization is a form of manual physical therapy where a licensed physical therapist uses hands-on techniques on your muscles, ligaments and fascia with the goal of breaking adhesions and optimizing your muscle function. Soft tissue mobilization can reduce swelling and edema, improve range of motion, and restore your functionality.
